Every promise here has a number in it. That's on purpose.
Anyone can promise "better customer service." Nobody can be held to it, which is exactly why it gets promised so often. So we do it the other way — every service has a specific number, a specific deadline, and a written consequence if we miss. You should hold every vendor you talk to, including us, to that standard.
"We cut your average reply time to under 2 minutes in the first 14 days, or you don’t pay for month one."
See the system Every Ticket, Handled, On Time"Zero tickets go untouched past your SLA window in month one, or we refund the setup fee."
See the system A Salesman Who Never Sleeps"We qualify and route your leads within 60 seconds of them messaging, or the setup fee is free."
See the system Where's My Order, Solved"We cut your ‘where’s my order’ message volume by 50% in 30 days, or you get a month free."
See the system Know What's Actually Broken"Audit delivered in 10 business days with a specific cost-savings number, or it’s free."
See the systemBecause every number is measurable in your systems, not ours.
Reply time is in your inbox stats. Message volume is in your own message count. The audit deadline is on a calendar.
We're not asking you to trust our reporting. You can check every one of these yourself — which is the only kind of guarantee worth anything.
Two honest limits.
A guarantee with hidden exceptions is worse than no guarantee.
- We guarantee the parts of the system we control. If your team is alerted and still doesn't act, or you change your prices and don't tell us for a month, that's outside it.
- These are specific numbers, not a promise that every customer will be happy. No system delivers that — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling.
Ask us to put it in writing.
Before you commit to anything, ask us to put the relevant guarantee in writing.
